Predator Folding Pool Cue Holder with Case

Match-Day Equipment Checklist

A quick pre-match check for cues, shafts, tips, chalk, accessories, and backup gear.

A short equipment check prevents small problems from becoming distractions during a match. Complete it before leaving home and again during warm-up.

Cue and shaft

  • Roll or sight the assembled cue for obvious issues.
  • Clean the joint faces and tighten normally.
  • Confirm the shaft surface feels clean.
  • Pack joint protectors.

Tip and chalk

  • Check that the tip is secure and evenly shaped.
  • Bring the chalk you normally use.
  • Pack a simple tip tool, but avoid major reshaping immediately before play.

Case and accessories

  • Confirm the case closes securely.
  • Pack an extension or bridge accessory if needed.
  • Bring a towel and cue holder.
  • Keep valuables in a separate closed pocket.

Use the same equipment during warm-up that you plan to use in the match. Familiar feedback is more valuable than a last-minute change.
